2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Customized or commissioned artwork
Any product that has been used, damaged, or modified after delivery

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via HDFC SmartGateway, the same payment method used during purchase.
Refunds may take 5β10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank.
5. Shipping & Handling (If Applicable)
If physical artwork or products are involved:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Photos/videos of the item
Order details
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
